FAQ

Questions, Answered.

Do you take jobs of any size?

Yes. A single sofa, a garage packed with boxes, or an entire property can all be reviewed. Bigger jobs may need more photos or a walkthrough before scheduling.

Can I start with photos?

Yes. Photos are the easiest way to start. Show the items, the path out, stairs or gates, and anything unusually heavy.

How do estimates work?

We look at photos, access, volume, weight, timing, and where the material can legally go so the estimate reflects the real job. The goal is to be fair, prepared, and clear before pickup day.

What items should not be included?

Do not include paint, oil, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, loose batteries, explosives, hazardous liquids, or unknown hazardous materials. Some e-waste, appliances, tires, and regulated items may require special routing or may be declined.

Do you help realtors and landlords?

Yes. Realtors, REO contacts, landlords, and property managers can send photos and access notes when a property needs to be ready for sale, repair, or turnover.

What makes a photo request easier to answer?

Send wide shots and close-ups. Include stairs, gates, driveway access, upstairs rooms, and anything especially heavy or awkward.

Ready to get your space back?

Send photos, the pickup city, and any access notes. We will reply with a clear estimate and scheduling link.
